employees. Because our people are our most precious asset, occupational safety and health are
consideration – at all times.
Our goals are:

- No accidents and impact on the health and safety of our neighbours.
To ensure compliance with our health & Safety Policy, all TALIPRO personnel are committed to
achieving these goals, hence we shall:
- Provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions and upkeep our installation, equipment, process and operations.
- Enhance awareness, skill and competence of our employee & contractors to effectively involve them in ensuring safety for everyone.
- All TALIPRO personnel must intervene in unsafe or non-compliant conditions and remain responsible for both their own health andsafety and that of others.
- Comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Have in place a Health and Safety Management System in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and with E & P
industry standards.
- Ensure that all employees and contractor’s personnel are competent to undertake their work safely.
- Perform regular audits for all our activities, using the results to drive performance improvements.
- The Company strives to mitigate the impact of any foreseeable hazards, which may endanger health, safety and the environment, or
could affect the quality of products and services it provides.
The health & safety policy of the company shall be communicated to all employees and made available
to all interested parties.
